The stairs lead you up to a good sized bedroom with two dormers and a new portable closet. There is a model to see on the table from the owner decades ago, who had plans for expanding out over the deck.

Outside you'll find one of the original 'kitchens'. A stone cook stove that turns out the best pancakes, bacon and eggs, and the freshest cup of coffee you can ever imagine.

This little dream cabin is all under a canopy of oaks,
cedars, firs, and a few sequoia redwoods recently planted and nurtured by the owner. All is groomed to Forest Service fire safety standards so it looks just like your own park on approximately one third acre. There is also an unfinished walk-out basement that makes a great workshop. There are two very level parking spaces framed with stone gathered from the Mountain, and room to park a couple more vehicles for family and friends retreating to your
charming Cabin at the Pond.
