You're invited to explore this little red cabin on the north side of Crestline. One of the early cabins on Palomar, it was built in 1927 with a living room, bedroom and kitchen.
A family room and full bath was permitted along the way with the tax records showing 736 esf. There is also a storage shed on the land and room to expand the cabin and perhaps add a garage.

The parcel is .96 tenths of an acre that has level, rolling land with a lot of possibilities and
wonderful character with very interesting rock formations. The original owner gathered stones from the property to build the fireplace. Walking around a trail, you come to the campfire site shown below.
Seeing the stones used for decades as seats, you can only imagine the many stories told over s'mores 'round the campfire!

The cabin has a fireplace in the living room and a woodstove in the family room, which has also doubled as a second sleeping area. You'll find lots of storage in the vintage kitchen complete with a wood cook stove.
The owners have many happy memories with their family enjoying their getaway.
There is a water share with Palomar Mutual Water Company. You have power, and could have a phone installed.
