Palomar Mountain's Christmas snow last year gave us the beautiful photo above, taken by the owners.  To see just a peek of  what is waiting for you with this magnificent view setting, click on the owner's albums.  The words 'sunrise and sunset' take on a whole new meaning. Sparkling city lights compete with the starry night.  There is a lot of drama to enjoy watching the world go by from your home above the clouds.
The photo on the right was taken this year on one of our crystal-clear days.  You can see Point Loma, the San Diego skyline, and the islands off the coast from this panorama view property. The photo shows the gleam of the sun shining out on the ocean off La Jolla and Del Mar.

Renowned architect, Drew Hubbell designed a remodel to maximize the setting framed by mature cedars. Rich, warm woods, granite, custom tile, stone, and lots of glass greet you in the great room wired with surround sound. This opens into a wonderful sunroom - could also be a dining area, and has been  used as an office looking out to the sea.   The home is vacant now for you to move right in.

So much is included with the 3 bedroom, 2151 sf home. The master bedroom has one of the largest walk-in closets on the mountain! Cedar lined and built-in organizers!

There is a separate, detached, 500 esf granny flat complete with a bathroom, shower and room for a kitchenette.

Would you REALLY like to de-stress? Relax on the 900 square foot viewing deck or slip into the sauna!

There is also a 16'  x 12' 'Artist Barn'  insulated and finished off inside with power and presently used for crafts.

How about workshop? We have TWO with over 600 esf of working space for your carpentry projects, a laundry center, and tons of storage for additional pantry items, your hobbies and, of course, those sleds.

A paved driveway takes you from Crestline Road right to the home with unusually level access. This is definitely one of the larger parcels on Crestline at nearly two acres. Be sure to see the map.  Approximately one acre is fenced for the kids or your family pup.  The land might also be used for horses.  There is a gated driveway at the back where you could pull in that horse trailer or a motorhome.  There is room for a couple stalls and a turnout could be created to the west--all with that magnificent view.

A full-time home in the past, it could be a wonderful shared retreat, or such a delightful weekend
getaway . . .  Ah, Cloud Chalet. . .
