To get to the cabin you take Crestline Road to Road Marker 17. Turn right on that Public Road to the deeded easement through an adjoining property to your land.
The extra lot that is available provides additional access to that lot down a public road at marker 15.
Another advantage of the extra lot is that it could give you a second way to drive in to the cabin with some tree and road work.
